The Broken Rudder serves up locally-sourced gourmet fare on an ocean-view veranda. Our Executive Chef specializes in traditional island dishes prepared with contemporary international flair. Experience Jamaica’s unique fusion of European, Asian, and Indian flavors with local favorites like braised oxtail, steamed calaloo with Scotch bonnet peppers, and (of course) jerk chicken. Or sample one of Chef’s many creations, including pumpkin soup with toasted coconut, smoked marlin roll, and pimento-smoked beef tenderloin. Eat on the beach or join us for one of our casual tapas nights.

Our Chef Conroy is hard at work on his blog, The Stuttering Chef, a celebration of Jamaican culture and Jamaican cuisine. He hopes to send the fresh, natural flavors of Mediterranean cooking around the world.
